ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

SCSA has access for all skilled and experienced professionals who have capacity and competent to involve all the desired activities that promotes the Goal and Objectives of the Organization.  Almost all the SCSA staffs are volunteers; their work depends on the program activities.   The professional staff of Management periodically reviews their activities to appraise and provide them Human resource development trainings on the job trainings and technical assistance to undertake systematically their duties and responsibilities.SCSA has also technical consultants in various fields such as education, health, water, community,environment, engineering etc.  Division of responsibilities in the organization 
Organ  Responsibilities for the strategic plan 
  Annual General Meeting 
  • Will be responsible for approving and provide overall guidance for the strategic plan 
  • Receiving and approving annual implementation reports  
  • Receiving and approving annual plans and budgets 
    Board of Directors 
  • Providing overall leadership for achieving the aspirations of the strategic plan 
  • To receive and approve quarterly plans, budgets and reports of the Executive committee 
  • To ensure the requisite environment, resources and support for implementation of the strategic plan.  
  Executive Committee 
  • To implement the strategic plan 
  • To provide the technical leadership for the strategic plan 
  • To periodically prepare implementation and monitoring reports for the board, annual general meeting and organization partners 
  Division of work in the Executive committee structure 
Title  Responsibilities for the strategic plan 
    Chairperson  
  • Overall executive lead in strategic plan implementation 
  • Overall responsible for Planning, reporting and Monitoring and evaluation 
  • Overall responsible for fundraising 
  • Overall responsible for coordination between the programs 
  Vice Chairperson  
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Executive Committee or the Governing Board. 
  • Perform the chairperson’s duties in his/her absence. 
      Secretary General  
  • To prepare the agenda, programs and project documents 
  • To keep an up-to-date record of the SCSA’s affairs 
  • To take and keep the minutes of the executive committee meetings 
  • To communicate meetings accordingly  
  • To prepare and oversee organizational reports 
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the chairperson  
 
  Deputy Secretary General  
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Executive Committee or the Government Board. 
  • Perform the Secretary General’s duties in his/her absence. 
  Treasurer  
  • Overall responsible for the Institutional capacity building program (Support program) 
  • Overall responsible for administration and financial management 
Programs Coordinator 
  • Overall responsible for the six core programs (Education, Health, Water, Sports, Economic Empowerment and Environmental protection) 
Support staff/Volunteers 
  • Provide operative activities
